"It's more than a movie - it's a journey through our land"
We invite students to watch a virtual reality movie I AM LITHUANIA and experience the country's history and culture in a whole new way. Using the format of virtual reality, we offer you to go on a unique journey through Lithuania, revealing its beauty - from natural wonders to our cultural heritage.
- Project of cinema professionals. Director Donatas Ulvydas, who created such movie hits as "Tadas Blinda. Pradžia" and "Emilija from Laisvės alejas", this time he revealed his talent while filming a Lithuanian virtual reality movie. The goal of the project team is to look at our country and its beauty from a new angle.
- Lithuania - Unique. During the virtual reality movie, you will get to know Lithuania in a new, creative and unique way. ME LITHUANIA is educational content in an entertaining format.
- New generation technology. A 360-degree VR camera was used in the making of the film I AM LITHUANIA, which is a new quality bar that allows you to feel like you are in a real environment in virtual reality.
- An inspiring experience. In just a 20-minute session, you will visit more than 30 places throughout the country, you will see the enchanting beauty of Lithuanian woods, forests and dunes, the sea, lakes, rivers and streams. As if on the wings of a bird, you will soar over castles and mounds, manors and monasteries, churches and old towns and modern architectural objects.
This experience of the latest technologies will allow you to see Lithuania like never before. This is a new way to learn and get to know our land! Our goal is to offer a different perspective, to inspire teachers and students to get to know our country anew. Thanks to the experience of ME LITHUANIA, cultural education becomes an adventure.
