Your personal data will be used in order to fulfill orders for the purchase of VR cinema tickets/coupons, to provide useful information about the cinema, events, promotions, ticket prices and discounts, other special offers or to provide any other information you choose and to properly fulfill other functions on the website provided services.
Your billing data (bank account number) are used in order to properly provide services and complete transactions on the website, deliver the goods/services you ordered, issue invoices.
Your personal data will be processed for direct marketing purposes only after receiving your consent, which is expressed by checking the appropriate box. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These "LITL BAZ PICTURES" UAB (hereinafter - "Hexa Cinema") terms and conditions for the sale and use of movie tickets (hereinafter - the Terms) apply to the purchase of virtual reality movie tickets at all virtual reality cinema ticket offices owned by "Hexa Cinema" and on the website www.hexacinema.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
1.2. The ticket seller is "LITL BAZ PICTURES" UAB (hereinafter - the Seller), address Tuskulėnų st. 52-19, LT-09208 Vilnius, company code 302925983, e-mail address info@hexacinema.lt
1.3. The Rules regulate the legal relationship between Hexa Cinema and the purchaser of cinema tickets (hereinafter referred to as the Client).
1.4. The locations of Hexa Cinema virtual reality theaters are listed on the website.
1.5. These terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the current Hexa Cinema virtual reality cinema ticket price list can be found on the Hexa Cinema website.
1.6. Hexa Cinema reserves the right to change the terms without prior notice by posting the new terms on the Hexa Cinema website. The new conditions do not affect contracts concluded before the changes. The legal relationship between the customer and Hexa Cinema is governed by the terms and conditions valid at the time of the order.
1.7. By purchasing a virtual reality cinema ticket, the buyer confirms that he accepts these terms and conditions and undertakes to comply with them.
1.8. In addition to these conditions, the law of the Republic of Lithuania and the legal acts in force in the Republic of Lithuania apply to the purchase.
BUYING CINEMA TICKETS
2.1. The box office is open during virtual reality cinema opening hours. Hexa Cinema virtual reality theaters open at least 15 minutes before the start of the first show, but no earlier than 10:00 AM, and close 15 minutes after the start of the last show.
2.2. Movie tickets for VR movie screenings at Hexa Cinema virtual reality theaters can be purchased from the time the movie repertoire is published on the website. It is no longer possible to purchase tickets for the VR session later than the specified start of the VR session.
2.3. In order to purchase VR tickets online, the customer must visit the "Hexa Cinema" website www.hexacinema.lt and follow the ticket purchase instructions provided on the Website.
2.4. Instructions for purchasing VR Cinema tickets for the Customer:
2.4.1. The customer selects the Hexa cinema he wants to go to, then selects the desired date and time.
2.4.2. The customer selects the type of ticket, the number of tickets and presses the "BUY TICKETS" button.
2.4.3. The customer can check the information of the selected tickets, enter the gift voucher or promotion code and choose the payment method for the movie tickets. In order to receive movie tickets, the Customer must enter a valid e-mail address. postal address and telephone number. The customer chooses the appropriate payment method for the selected Hexa cinema tickets by pressing the "CHOOSE PAYMENT METHOD" / "PAY" button.
2.4.4. Before making the payment, the Customer is asked to make sure that the selected virtual reality cinema, the date and time of the tickets are correct. The customer is informed that by paying for the movie tickets, he loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
2.4.5. The customer can view various available payment methods. After choosing the payment method, the Customer enters the payment environment of the selected service provider.
2.4.6. The customer confirms the order and pays for the entire order.
2.4.7. After paying, the Customer must press the "BACK TO SELLER" button.
2.5. "Hexa cinema", together with the invoice and the purchased cinema tickets, will send an automatic e-mail to the Customer. letter to the e-mail specified by the Client postal address.
2.6. The movie ticket is based on a QR code, and with the movie ticket you can enter Hexa cinema by showing the QR code of the ticket to a Hexa cinema employee.
2.7. "Hexa cinema" is not responsible for the user's losses, if the losses were incurred by not taking into account the recommendations of "Hexa cinema" or the user's obligations, or by not familiarizing with these rules, although the user was given such an opportunity, or by interpreting them in his own way.
2.8. If you have doubts about whether you have correctly understood the rules of promotions, discounts, contests or games, ticket prices, virtual reality movie screening times or cinema rules, you can always contact the administration at info@hexacinema.lt for help.
ORDER PRICE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
3.1. Movie ticket prices are indicated in euros and include VAT.
3.2. The prices indicated in the price list are valid for movie tickets at the time of their purchase. If the price has changed during the visit to the cinema, the price valid at the time of the order applies. It is important that the Customer checks the prices indicated in the order before paying for the tickets.
3.3. The customer pays the full amount for cinema tickets in advance in the following ways:
3.3.1. Through the KEVIN payment system, using the link of one of the selected Lithuanian banks
3.3.2. Payment by Visa / Mastercard (credit) card
3.4. The payment is made not in the application, but in the secure environment of the relevant bank reference or payment solution provider. Hexa Cinema does not have access to the Customer's bank and (credit) card data.
CINEMA TICKETS EXCHANGE
4.1. Unused movie tickets can be exchanged at any Hexa Cinema theater no later than 1 hour before the start of the screening of the movie for which the tickets were purchased. With less time remaining, Hexa Cinema reserves the right not to exchange tickets (including after the end of the cinema session for which the tickets were purchased). If the price of the new movie tickets exceeds the price of the replacement movie tickets, the Customer undertakes to pay the price difference. Hexa Cinema does not compensate the difference in the price of the changed cinema ticket if the ticket for the new screening is cheaper.
4.2. Hexa Cinema does not offer refunds for movie tickets purchased. An exception applies if the cinema session is canceled due to the fault of Hexa Cinema. Hexa Cinema will exchange tickets for a missed movie screening with gift vouchers or tickets for the same movie the next day. If the price of the new movie tickets exceeds the price of the replacement movie tickets, the Customer undertakes to pay the price difference.
4.3. Hexa Cinema has the right to change the repertoire of the cinema and to completely or partially cancel the showing of the session specified in the cinema tickets. If possible, Hexa Cinema sends a message to the Customer's contact data (e-mail address) specified when purchasing the ticket. If you do not have the opportunity to contact the Customer yourself - in this case, the Customer must contact Hexa Cinema to exchange tickets, receive gift vouchers or refund money. In such cases, tickets purchased for the canceled session will be exchanged for gift vouchers, new VR cinema tickets, or the amount of the unfulfilled order will be returned to the Customer within 14 days. The money will be returned to the same checking account from which the tickets were paid. Movie screenings are canceled when Hexa Cinema is unable to show the screening selected by the Customer, for example Hexa Cinema has to close the cinema for reasons beyond its control, there is an evacuation, or there are technical reasons beyond Hexa Cinema's control.
4.4. In case of evacuation, the money for the tickets is not refunded. The damage is compensated with a gift voucher of the same value or a ticket to the next day's session.
RESPONSIBILITY
6.1. If Hexa Cinema does not fulfill its obligations, the Customer has the right to demand the fulfillment of the obligation, refuse to fulfill the assumed obligation, demand compensation for the damage caused, reduce the price, delay the fulfillment of the financial obligation or withdraw from the contract.
6.2. Hexa Cinema is not responsible for any damage or other consequences arising from incorrect data provided by the Customer.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
7.1. Disputes arising between Hexa Cinema and the Client shall be resolved through negotiations.
7.2. In case of failure to reach an agreement, all disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure provided by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.3. If an agreement cannot be reached, the Client has the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (Vilniaus St. 25, Vilnius, https://www.vvtat.lt).
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the customer confirms that he has familiarized himself with the rules of Hexa Cinema's service provision and undertakes to comply with them.
